The senshi are called their planet's name + ratnica. The word ratnica means "warrior," but it can be translated as "soldier." As a group, the senshi are called "ratnice" or "ratnice u mornarskim odjelima." The names of the senshi are as follows:
Sailor Moon = Mjesečeva ratnica
Sailor Mercury = Merkurova ratnica
Sailor Mars = Marsova ratnica
Sailor Jupiter = Jupiterova ratnica
Sailor Venus = Venerina ratnica
Sailor ChibiMoon = Ratnica ChibiMoon
Sailor Pluto = Plutonova ratnica
Sailor Uranus = Uranova ratnica
Sailor Neptune = Neptunova ratnica
Sailor Saturn = Saturnova ratnica
The names of the Sailor Starlights are as follows:
Sailor Star Fighter = Zvjezdani borac
Sailor Star Healer = Zvjezdani iscjelitelj

The anime is entitled "Mjesečeva ratnica."
The part of Sailor Moon R with An and Al was combined with the first season. Sailor Moon R begins with the Black Moon Clan storyline.
Main characters keep their original Japanese names, with the given name first and surname second.
Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus maintained their homosexual relationship.
Sailor Moon is called "Mjesečeva ratnica" even when she transforms into Super Sailor Moon or Eternal Sailor Moon.
