She was inadvertantly created by Mimete after she overloaded the ovenlike device normally used by Professor Tomoe to produce daimons by filling it beyond its limit with inanimate objects. The product was the fusion of a daimon egg with a several different types of of gaming paraphernalia - including miniature versions of a roulette wheel, a slot machine, and a chess board, a cup, a bowl, a deck of playing cards, and various different books on gambling and other games of chance. The creation of the daimon created a warp in the local space-time continuum, distorting it so that the Tomoe Mansion became linked to an otherdimensional realm and was transformed into a nexus point leading to several different locations on Earth. This state was temporary and unstable, and it would remain in this state for no more than an hour before vanishing into another plain of existence, presumably forever. Responding to ChibiUsa's distress call from Luna-P, the Sailor Soldiers used their Sailor Teleport to enter the Tomoe Mansion in order to rescue both her and Hotaru Tomoe. They confronted U Ikasaman, who persuaded them to gamble with her - if they won, they gained their freedom, and if they lost or refused to accept her conditions, they would have to spend the rest of their lives in the alternate dimension that they were now in. Unfortunately, the daimon resorted to cheating in order to beat each one of the Sailor Soldiers in turn until Chibi Usa and Hotaru finally turned the tables on her and won during a series of card games. However, even though she lost, she still refused to let any of them go. ChibiUsa, angered by the daimon's dishonesty, transformed into Sailor Chibi Moon and attempted to perform her Pink Sugar Heart Attack, which misfired after a delayed activation time and shattered the crystal playing card in which Sailor Moon was being held captive. Now free, Sailor Moon quickly transformed into Super Sailor Moon and destroyed U Ikasaman with Rainbow Moon Heart Ache. U Ikasaman had yellow eyes, light green hair, and white skin.
