EPISODE 175 - Sailor Gekisha


Sailor Gekisha is the phage who appeared in episode 175. She was originally the famous young photographer Saki Itabashi. After a photo shoot with the Three Lights, Saki left the studio and was approached by Sailor Iron Mouse, who extracted her Star Seed. Minako Aino witnessed this, and transformed into Sailor Venus. Saki's Star Seed clouded over - it was worthless to Sailor Iron Mouse. Just before Iron Mouse could escape, she was approached by Sailor Venus, who attacked with Love and Beauty Shock, which the villain easily side-stepped. Eternal Sailor Moon then made her entrance, but Iron Mouse quickly escaped via a phone booth. Saki then transformed into Sailor Gekisha and attacked Eternal Sailor Moon with "Shutter Chance," in which she shot a beam of light from a camera attached to her arm. Sailor Moon dodged it, but Sailor Venus was hit by the next attack and knocked unconscious. Just as Eternal Sailor Moon rushes to Sailor Venus's aid, snapping sounds can be heard as the Starlights appear on the roof of the photo studio and introduce themselves. "Oh, how picturesque you are," says Sailor Gekisha as she attacks them with "Shutter Chance." The three manage to dodge the attack, and Sailor Star Healer attacks with "Star Sensitive Inferno," injuring the phage. Eternal Sailor Moon rises to her feet and uses "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss" on Sailor Gekisha, who yells out "beautiful!!" just before turning back into Saki Itabashi. Her Star Seed glows and goes back into her body.

The word "Geki" means "drama," and "sha" means "photograph."
