Sailor Lead Crow & Aluminum Siren's first phage, which appeared in episode 182. The two targeted the police chief of the Juuban district, and Siren extracted his star seed. After a short confrontation with Sailor Moon and Sailor Pluto, the animamates escape, leaving Sailor Cop. He fires his laser gun at the senshi, but Sailor Star Fighter appears and attacks with Star Serious Laser, knocking him down long enough for Sailor Moon to heal him with Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss. Sailor Cop greatly resembles RoboCop.
