The director took part in the Fantastic International Music Festival, which was held at the Nerima Open Music Hall. During the performance, Mr. Garajan's keen ear sensed a mysterious wave coming from the music of the Three Lights. This wave was the message they had secretly hoped would be heard by the missing Princess Kakyuu, although Garajan, like most listeners, was oblivious to the true meaning of it. After running into - literally - Usagi Tsukino and Kou Seiya, Garajan was approached by Chuuko Nezu when he went to get some fresh air. Frustrated at her inability to produce a business card, she revealed herself as Iron Mouse and then attacked him and extracted his Star Seed, hoping that it was one of the ones that Galaxia was looking for. Instead, it burned out quickly, resulting in Mr. Garajan's transformation into the phage Sailor Conductor. After Iron Mouse's departure, Sailor Conductor quickly attacked the newly arrived Eternal Sailor Moon, managing to pin her to the wall with several conductors' batons. This was brought to an end by Sailor Star Fighter's Star Serious Laser, which incapacitated the phage long enough for the other Star Lights to free Sailor Moon, who then used Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss to restore Sailor Conductor to human form. Mr. Garajan had no memory of the entire ordeal. To attack, Sailor Conductor used several conductors' batons which appeared in his hands in a small electrical surge. He then threw them at his opponents, in a series of movements (first movement: piano, second movement: cello, third movement: violin, etc.) culminating in a final movement during which he would deliver a mortal blow to his opponent. Sailor Conductor had red eyes and red skin. His seiyuu was Tatsuuki Ishimori. See also: Mr. Garajan.
