Puuko-chan first squashed Super sailor Chibi Moon under her round body in an attempt to suffocate her. Coming to the conclusion that her would-be victim wasn't beautiful, the Lemure set out to kill Saori first, but THEN decided to go after Mamoru Chibi instead, who was a much more appealing target because he was both handsome and pinned to the ground with knives. As she ran towards him, Super Sailor Moon stood between the Lemure and Mamoru, and although Puuko-chan was moved to tears by her act, she nevertheless intended to finish her off, and then her boyfriend. Mamoru managed to tear his left arm free and stab the monster in the side with one of the daggers that was Tigers Eye had used to pin him down. This punctured her skin and caused her balloon-like body to begin to deflate. She repaired her wound and
attempted to blow herself back up, but was destroyed by Super Sailor Moon's Moon Gorgeous Meditation. Puuko-chan has violet eyes, purple hair, and sky blue skin with a red stripe down her middle and a row of black diamonds on either side. She resembled a large balloon, and was able to float naturally in this form, and release a stream of air that enabled her to shoot through the air. She could land on her targets and crush them. However, she was extremely sensitive to punctures, as all balloons are, and if her skin was broken, she would quickly lose the air contained within her body until her normal proportions were reached. She carried a roll of tape with her to repair any accidentally acquired puncture wounds, as well as a foot-driven air pump to inflate herself in case of emergencies.
