She has remarkable abilities to swallow and regurgitate, which made her more amusing than threatening in the beginning. Soon, however, her sinister side was seen when the senshi learned, the hard way, that when the lemure swallowed any type of ball, it was coughed up as a bomb! Upon discovering that Pegasus was not hiding in Ami's beautiful dreams, Tiger's Eye ordered the lemure to eliminate both the senshi and Ami. However, she was prevented from doing so twice by Tuxedo Mask, first by his causing her to accidentally reswallow a ball she was in the process of regurgitating after surprising her with one of his roses and then - at Ami's suggestion - by throwing his top hat into her open mouth, thereby preventing any further regurgitations. During her subsequent struggle to remove the hat from the mouth of the lemure, into which it had been firmly lodged, Ponko-chan was destroyed
by Super Sailor Moon's "Moon Gorgeous Meditation". Ponko-chan has brown eyes, blue hair, and chalk white skin.
