EPISODE 78 - PHARMAKON


a female droid summoned by Esmeraude in Sailor Moon R episode 78 during her attempt to corrupt the Juuban Medical University Hospital with Dark Power. When the entire medical staff had been rendered unconscious, Pharmakon assumed human form and began posing as a nurse to complement Esmeraude's disguise as a doctor. The duo then began distributing flu medication tainted with Dark Power which helped promote to illness rather than prevent it. As a result, the entire Juubangai district was soon hit by a massive flu epidemic which contributed to the corruption of the Negative Point with Dark Power and the growth of the Dark Hinge that had been placed in that location. When ChibiUsa's apprehensiveness at receiving an injection resulted in the release of a massive energy discharge which betrayed her identity as the so-called "rabbit" for which Black Moon Family had been searching for so long, Pharmakon and Esmeraude attempted to eliminate her, but were prevented from doing so due to the intervention of Sailor Venus, who, as Minako Aino, had come to the hospital with ChibiUsa to pick up medicine for the Tsukino family. Sailor Venus managed to bluff Esmeraude into revealing her plans, but, during a short battle with the droid, was quickly incapacitated. Pharmakon tried to dispose of ChibiUsa once again, but was countered by Tuxedo Kamen. While attempting to attack both of them, Sailor Jupiter appeared. Sailor Mercury used her Shabon Spray attack, and in the resulting confusion, the other senshi appeared. Sailor Mars incapacitated the droid with Burning Mandala and then Sailor Moon destroyed Pharmakon with Moon Princess Halation. In her human form, Pharmakon has light skin, dark grey eyes, and brown hair. In her droid form, she has light purple skin, red eyes, and blue hair.
