Due to the lightning and ChibiUsa's frustration at her inability to return to her native time period, ChibiUsa was easily tracked by Fuuraiki, who attempted to destroy her and attacked other senshi as well. Tuxedo Kamen distracted the droid with roses long enough for Sailor Moon to destroy her with Moon Princess Halation. Fuuraiki carried a large drum. Upon being struck with a pair of special drumsticks in her possession - which just happened to resemble two oppositely charged electrodes - would charge up with electricity that could be released as a massive bolt of lightning. The strength of the bolt of electricity was equal to the amount of electricity stored within the
drum at the time of release - more energy is stored the more times the drum was beaten. She also used a hairdryer-like weapon to generate strong winds. Fuuraiki had black eyes, white hair, and light grey skin.
