Master Pharaoh 90 is an entity which is the leader of the Death Busters, the group of villains from Sailor Moon S. It first appears in episode 125. Its goal is to bring the world into The Silence, in which the entire world is destroyed and covered with barrenness. Once Mistress 9 placed the Holy Grail into the device, the light of darkness made a path from Master Pharaoh 90's home, the Tau Galaxy, to Earth. Upon his arrival, The Silence would come upon the Earth. It did arrive, and began destroying everything in its path. Sailor Saturn soon appeared and said that she was the only one who could save the world from The Silence. Sailor Moon offered to go with her, but Sailor Saturn told her that in order to defeat Master Pharaoh 90, an attack would have to be performed from within it. Sailor Moon watched helplessly as Sailor Saturn entered Master Pharaoh 90. Sailor Moon was unable to transform until she was lent power by all of the other senshi, and once they did so, she became Super Sailor Moon and entered Master Pharaoh 90 as well. As Sailor Moon entered the black sphere, Sailor Saturn's voice could be heard saying goodbye. There was a series of explosions, and Master Pharaoh 90 himself exploded, leaving nothing by a huge crater in the ground.

Master Pharaoh 90 is an entity from the Tau star system that wants to make Earth its new home by destroying all life there and merging itself with the planet. To achieve this, it needs the energy from humans, so it employs the Death Busters to help it obtain this human energy. He receives energy from ChibiUsa's ginzuishou, and begins merging himself with the Earth. Before the process is complete, however, Sailor Saturn's rebirth and use of Death Reborn Revolution stop it. Sailor Pluto then uses her Dark Dome Close attack to seal Master Pharaoh 90 away from the galaxy.
