Hawkseye is the leader of the Amazon Trio who appears in episode 128. In episode 148, it is
revealed that the members of the Amazon Trio do not have Dream Mirrors, and are therefore not
truly human. They were originally animals, transformed into humans to work for the Dead Moon
Circus. Hawkseye was a hawk before being transformed. Within the Deam Moon Circus, Hawkseye
also works as a fire breather. The mission of the Trio is to find Pegasus, who is hidden inside
of a Dream Mirror. Hawkseye prefers older women as his targets. He claims that they are kind
and knowledgeable about the world, that they are nurturing and have a lot of money to spend on
him, and that they have a nice perfume scent. Another member of the Trio, Tigerseye, believed
that younger women were better targets. Hawkseye and Tigerseye competed over which age group
was better. Zirconia became frustrated with the failed attempts of the Amazon Trio, and sent
Fisheye to target Usagi. He refused and claimed that her Dream Mirror did not contain Pegasus.
Zirconia did not believe him, so Hawkseye went in his place, with Fisheye and Tigerseye following.
The Amazones Quartetto sent a lemures, Mister Magic Pierrot, to destroy them. The lemures
accidentally destroyed Usagi's exposed Dream Mirror, and attacked Fisheye. Hawkseye jumped in
front of the blast to protect Fisheye, and was killed. Later, Fisheye and Tigerseye decide to
use the power that kept them human to rebuild Usagi's Dream Mirror. The members of the Trio
revert back to their animal forms, having died. Pegasus appears and restores the Amazon Trio
to their human forms, and then gives them Dream Mirrors so that they are truly human. They are
taken away to wait in safety until the battles end. Hawkseye's seiyuu is Toshio Furukawa.
Hawskeye is the third member of the Amazon Trio to be sent out, appearing in Volume 12, Act 34.
He was originally a hawk until the Amazones Quartetto turned him into a human in order to work
for them and the Dead Moon Circus. The first time we see him is immediately after Tigerseye is
killed. He watches Tigerseye be destroyed, and runs away. The next time he appears, he is
dressed as a woman, in a grocery store. His intended target is Makoto Kino, also known as
Sailor Jupiter. He attracts Makoto's attention by asking the clerk where he might find some
exotic spices and herbs. He tells her that he is actually the owner of a store that sells herbs,
and he is just researching other stores in the area. He then takes her and her companion,
ChibiUsa to his store. While the two girls are browsing his store, he tells them that he is a
member of the Dead Moon Circus, and that it was his dream to own many herb stores. She confesses
to him that it is her dream to own cake and flower shops. He gives each of the girls a ring, and
tells them that the stone set in them is called an Amazon Stone which has the ability to make
dreams come true. Makoto vists the shop again and tells Hawkseye that she is afraid of losing
her dreams, and that the path she is currently taking is in the opposite direction of her dreams.
Hawkseye tells her to stop being a Sailor Senshi and pursue her dreams, at which point lemures
emerge from her ring and attack her. Hawkseye reverts to his hawk form and perches on
VesVes's shoulder. Makoto manages to break free, and transforms into Sailor Jupiter. She then
uses Jupiter Oak Evoultion to destroy Hawkseye.
