click for larger version Fisheye is a member of the Amazon Trio who appears in episode 128. In episode 148, Fisheye learns that the members of the Amazon Trio are not really human at all - they do not have Dream Mirrors. Their true forms are as animals, and Fisheye is truly a fish. Although he is a man, he has a strikingly feminine appearance, and often dresses and behaves like a woman. He prefers men, and always chooses men as his targets, and has no age preference like the other two members of the Amazon Trio. He has a crush on Mamoru Chiba, and makes him one of his targets while at the same time trying to lure him away from Usagi. Fisheye approached Mamoru, masquerading as a woman. When he asked Mamoru why he liked Usagi, the man said that it was because she had beautiful dreams. He looks at Mamoru's Dream Mirror, but does not kill him. Becoming depressed over his rejection by Mamoru and the fact that he was not human, he sat in the park in the rain until Usagi found him and brought him to her house to get out of the rain. Clever Fisheye figured out that Usagi was, in fact, Sailor Moon. He also discovers that ChibiUsa is the one whose beautiful dreams provide sanctuary for Pegasus, although he does not take her to the Dead Moon Circus. He tells Zirconia that ChibiUsa is the host, but she does not believe him, instead telling him and the other members of the Amazon Trio that Usagi will be the next target. She tells him to go after Usagi, but he refuses, and Hawkseye is sent instead, with Fisheye and Tigerseye following. The Amazones Quartetto sends a lemures, Mister Magic Pierrot, after the Trio to destroy them, but the lemures accidentally destroys Usagi's Dream Mirror. It also tries to destroy Fisheye, but kills Hawkseye instead. Tigerseye and Fisheye then decide to use the power that kept the human in order to rebuild Usagi's Dream Mirror. The three members of the Amazon Trio then transform back into their animal forms, having died. Pegasus appears and restores the Amazon Trio to their human forms, and then gives them Dream Mirrors so that they are truly human. They are taken away to wait in safety until the battles end. Fisheye's seiyuu is Akira Ishida.

click for larger version Fisheye appears in Volume 12, Act 35 of the manga. He is originally a fish, living in a stream, until Palla Palla transforms him into a human. He and the other members of the Amazon Trio work for the Amazones Quartetto and the Dead Moon Circus. After consulting his mirror, Fisheye chooses his victim: Ami Mizuno. Palla Palla sets up a shop which immediately attracts Ami's attention. Fisheye is sold to the girl in his fish form, because the fish reminded her of a fish click for larger version on a postcard sent by her father. At home, Ami gazes into a mirror, depressed because she misses her father (an artist who left home when she was young) and she feels that she is missing a complete family. Fisheye sees that she is vulnerable and transforms into his human form. He asks Ami about her feelings, and she replies that she wants to be loved. He suggests that she can find happiness by being with him. Ami becomes scared and rebukes him, but he click for larger version calls dozens of lemures to attack her, causing her to fall into a nightmare. She soon breaks free from the nightmare and transforms into Sailor Mercury, using her newly discovered Mercury Harp and Mercury Aqua Rhapsody to destroy the mirror and the lemures. Sailor Moon and Sailor ChibiMoon then appear, and, together with Sailor Mercury, they kill Fish Eye.
