Transformation Pen
Minako had her transformation pen long before meeting up with the other girls and becoming Sailor Venus. She received this item in Codename wa Sailor V Volume 01, Book 01, and used it in order to transform from Minako into Sailor V. In the BSSM manga, it appears first in Act 08, Volume 02, and is used in order to transform into Sailor Venus with "Venus Power, Make Up!"
Sword of the Mystical Silver Crystal (Holy Blade)
A sword found by the senshi on the moon in Act 10, Volume 03. It was stuck into the ground, and Sailor Venus was the only one who could free it. It is a stone sword upon which the way to seal away Queen Metallia is inscribed. Sailor Venus uses it to kill Queen Beryl, and Sailor Moon uses it to kill herself and Mamoru.
Chain
The chain that is worn around Sailor Venus's waist. It can be used in her attacks "Venus Love Me Chain" and "Venus Wink Chain Sword." It is used first in Act 11, Volume 03.
Wristwatch Communication Device
Sailor Venus and the other senshi wear wristwatch-type communication devices which allow them to speak with each other. Two sets appeared throughout the series. The first set appeared in Act 03, Volume 01, and came directly from the Sailor V game. The second set were given to them after ChibiUsa's appearance, in Act 14, Volume 04.
Star Power Stick
Minako receives her Star Power Stick in Act 15, Volume 04. It allows her to transform into Sailor Venus with "Venus Planet Power, Make Up!"
Compact
Minako's compact is another item that she had long before teaming up with the other senshi. She first uses this item in Codename wa Sailor V Volume 02, Book 01. In BSSM, it first appears in Act 26, Volume 08. Minako uses it to disguise herself.
Venus Crystal
Minako's Venus Crystal appears first in Act 39, Volume 14, and allows her to transform into Sailor Venus with "Venus Crystal Power, Make Up!"
Love Whip
The Love Whip first appears in Act 39, Volume 14. It is used to perform "Venus Love and Beauty Shock!"
