Throwing Roses
Tuxedo Kamen often throws his signature roses, but says nothing specific when he does so. He throws red roses in order to distract enemies or cut through binding that restrains the senshi. When his alter ego, Tsukikage no Knight, was fighting in his place, he threw white roses. When he was brainwashed by Queen Beryl, he threw black roses at the senshi.

Transformation
Mamoru Chiba does transform into Tuxedo Kamen in the anime, although he doesn't say anything to bring about his transformation. We first see a brief transformation scene in episode 019, where he seems to spontaneously transform, without even actually planning to do so. Later, in episode 034, we see an extended transformation sequence (although this is the only time it ever appears).

Cane Attacks
Tuxedo Kamen occasionally uses his cane in a defensive manner, in order to attack enemies.
Psychic Ability
Mamoru has many psychic visions both in his sleep and while awake. In the first season, for instance, he has visions about the princess for whom he is searching. In the second season, King Endymion (his form in the future) actually sends visions to him. He has many other visions that help him on with his mission in various ways.
Healing Ability
Mamoru's healing power is shown more extensively in the manga, but it does appear in episode 148 of the anime. Fisheye, dressed as a woman, cuts his finger with glass. Mamoru takes his hand and heals the cut.
