Dead Scream Sailor Pluto's standard attack. She uses it in normal fights. To use this attack, she raises her staff above her head and whispers, "Dead... Scream!," at which point wind whirls around her time staff then flies towards the enemy. |

Time Stop Sailor Pluto's Time Stop attack was described as a taboo attack which would cause time to temporarily stop, but would ultimately cost Sailor Pluto her life. She used this attack only once, in episode 124. Sailor Pluto was inside a helicopter with Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus, but a massive attack from a huge number of Daimons caused the helicopter to explode. Pluto used Time Stop to allow Uranus and Neptune to escape to safety on the roof the building below, but when time resumed, the helicopter exploded and Pluto was killed. |

Garnet Rod The Garnet Rod is the staff carried by Sailor Pluto, upon which rests the Garnet Orb. It first appears in episode 075. It is used to open the Door of Space-Time, but is also used for her attacks Dead Scream and Time Stop. |  |
Lip Rod The Lip Rod is the wand that Setsuna Meioh uses in order to transform into Sailor Pluto with Pluto Planet Power, Make Up! It first appears in episode 106. |

Garnet Orb The Garnet Orb is the ball that rests atop Sailor Pluto's Garnet Rod. It is revealed to be one of the three Talismans in episode 111. |
