A phrase that Usagi Tsukino uses in order to transform into any form she chooses, allowing her to disguise herself and go places or follow people that she ordinarily could not. It requires the use of the disguise pen, which was give to her by Luna. Minako even uses it once to disguise herself as Sailor Moon. It first appears in Volume 01, Act 02.

Moon Gorgeous Meditation!
Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor ChibiMoon's combined attack in the SuperS season. It requires use of the Moon Kaleidoscope. After ChibiMoon calls on Pegasus, Moon uses the attack to destroy the enemy. It first appears in Volume 12, Act 34.
Silver Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!
Super Sailor Moon's transformation into Eternal Sailor Moon. It first appears in Volume 15, Act 42.
Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!
Eternal Sailor Moon's attack in which she flip her rod above her head, and brings it back in front of her. She then spins around and uses it on the enemy, a phage. Feathers fly around the enemy and he or she is transformed back to his or her human form. It first appears in Volume 15, Act 42. It is first used to defeat Nehellenia.
Double Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!
Sailor Moon and Sailor ChibiMoon's combined attack that is used only once in the manga, in ChibiUsa's fourth picture diary, Volume 17. It is used to destroy the evil spirit that possesses Hotaru.
Silver Moon Crystal Power Therapy Kiss!
The attack that Eternal Sailor Moon uses in Volume 18, Act 50 to disintegrate the eight senshi that were under Galaxia's control.
Silver Moon Crystal Eternal Power!
Eternal Sailor Moon's power used in Volume 18, Act 52 which causes the sailor crystals from inside the Galaxy Cauldron to fly out in all directions at Chaos until it breaks apart.

The transformation brooch was given to Usagi Tsukino by Luna in Act 01, Volume 01. With it, she can transform into Sailor Moon using "Moon Prism Power, Make Up!"

Sailor Moon wears two red hair pieces on the bun part of her pigtails (her "odango") when she transforms. In Act 01, Volume 01, when Sailor Moon begins to cry, they emit super sonic waves that stun her opponent and allow her to destroy it.

Sailor Moon wears a tiara upon her forehead when she transforms. It first appears along with her first transformation in Act 01, Volume 01. It can be used as a weapon in her "Moon Frisbee" and "Moon Twilight Flash" attacks.

In the beginning, Sailor Moon wears a pair of goggles when she transforms, which resemble Sailor V's mask. These goggles allow Sailor Moon to see who is in danger, and see through false identities. They first appear in Act 01, Volume 01. They eventually disappear as the series progresses.

Sailor Moon receives her disguise pen directly from the Sailor V game. She can use it with the phrase "Moon Power... Ni nare!" in order to disguise herself in any form she chooses, allowing her to access areas that she may not otherwise have the ability to access. It first appears in Act 02, Volume 01.

Sailor Moon and the other senshi wear wristwatch-type communication devices which allow them to speak with each other. Two sets appeared throughout the series. The first set appeared in Act 03, Volume 01, and came directly from the Sailor V game. The second set were given to them after ChibiUsa's appearance.

The Moon Stick is a wand with a crescent moon on top. It was given to Sailor Moon by Luna in Act 05, Volume 01. It is used in her "Moon Healing Escalation" attack.

The Maboroshi no Ginzuishou is also known as the Phantom Silver Crystal. It is a very powerful crystal that was once owned by Queen Serenity, but is now held by Sailor Moon. Queen Serenity used it to seal away the Dark Kingdom during the Silver Millenium. The Maboroshi no Ginzuishou is main source of Sailor Moon's power, but if she uses it to her full power, she will die, as did Queen Serenity. It appeared in Usagi's tear in Act 09, Volume 02.

The Holy Grail is a chalice that is created by the power of the eight senshi together. It can be used in a crisis in order for Sailor Moon to transform into Super Sailor Moon. It is the Holy Grail that gives Neo Queen Serenity power, and allows hre to keep her youth.

In Act 34, Volume 12, Mamoru purchases glass kaleidoscopes for both Usagi and ChibiUsa at the Dead Moon Circus festival they attended. Pegasus then transforms the kaleidoscops into weapons, and they are used in the "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" attack.
