Ami Mizuno
Ami appears in Act 01. She is a 14-year-old girl genius who attends Juuban Junior High School with Usagi. She is very shy and reserved, but she quickly becomes friends with Usagi.

Sailor Mercury
In Act 02, we learn that Ami is actually Sailor Mercury. She transforms with the aide of "Mercury Power, Make Up!" and her bracelet.

Dark Mercury
In Act 20, Kunzite takes control of Ami, and she uses "Dark Power, Make Up!" to transform into Dark Mercury. Luckily, her love for her friend, Usagi, heals her in Act 28.
