Luna - Cat Form
Luna is a stuffed cat who can talk. She falls from the sky onto Usagi Tsukino's head in Act 01, and gives the girl the power to transform into Sailor Moon. She becomes Usagi's guide throughout the series.

Nekono Luna
In act 26, it is revealed the Luna can transform into a human girl named Nekono Luna. She transforms in order to train the Sailor Guardians to become stronger so that they can defeat the Dark Kingdom and help Dark Mercury become Sailor Mercury once again. If she sneezes while in this form, she will transform back into a cat!

Sailor Luna
Nekono Luna also has the ability to transform into Sailor Luna. In this form, she can use small attacks against enemies.
