Castles


Each senshi in our solar system has her own castle on her home planet. The castles of are mentioned only in the manga, and only the castles of Sailor Pluto, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Neptune are pictured. In Act 41, Volume 15, each of the senshi draws power from her respective castle. In Act 45, Volume 16, Sailor Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune visit their castles in order to form a protective shield in the Outer Solar System. Sailor Pluto comments that the castles were made for the senshi at their births by Queen Serenity. The Sailor Power Guardians reside in the castles while the senshi are away. The names of the castles were derived from the moons of the planets, with the exception of Mercury and Venus. Because those planets have no moons, the castles are named after space probes.

Sailor Mars - PhobosDeimos Castle
Sailor Jupiter - Io Castle
Sailor Venus - Magellan Castle
Sailor Pluto - Charon Castle
Sailor Neptune - Triton Castle
Sailor Uranus - Miranda Castle
Sailor Saturn - Titan Castle
