Dream Land

click for larger version Dream Land is a newly-opened amusement park that makes its debut appearance in episode 011. Although this is its main episode, the park also briefly appears in episode 032. The park has various rides (including roller coasters and a toy tain driven by a panda), and has a wide variety of mechanical animals which roam around the park and entertain children. The park's mascot is the Dream Princess, who is really the youma Muurido.

Soon after the park's opening, Ami shows Rei and Usagi a newspaper article stating that fifty people had vanished from the park recently. This is very suspicious, so the girls decide to investigate. At the park, they overhear a security guard talking to reporters. He says that the number of people entering and leaving the park has been the same every day, and that the people didn't disappear at the park (implying that they must have disappeared after leaving the park). He then asks the reporters to leave and physically pushes them out the door. In reality, the security guard is Jadeite. He has been using the park as part of one of his schemes to steal energy.

The scheme works as follows: the youma Muurido (disguised as the Dream Princess) lures people into the Candy House, promising a large show. Instead, she emits a red gas from her mouth that causes people to hallucinate and dream. While they are dreaming, she steals their energy for Jadeite. Eventually, Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Mercury defeat Muurido, and the energy of all the people is restored.
