About Me

My name is De'Angelo DaJuan Hampton. I was born on September 15, 1988, which makes me a Virgo and a Dragon (2 different zodiacs).

In my spare time, I like to sing songs (English and Japanese), draw, play a piano, learn new languages, cook/bake, hang out with friends, and a whole lot more! When it comes to friendship, I'm one of the best people out there for a friend! Whenever a problem arises between any of my friends, I do my best to settle the problem. That actually happened a few times. I'll recount this incident elsewhere on this site, though. For now, here's a shorter way to pose this and other info about me:

Webmaster Experience

Way back in the Spring of 2004, I joined the Junketsu forums (former Eternal White Princess = EWP). It was there that I met other webmasters/webmistresses/fans of Sailor Moon. I was new to the message board thing, but I quickly adjusted to it. Being the even more stupid kid that I am today, I wanted to make a PGSM website just like Junketsu. However, I didn't know enough, but I was too stubborn to accept that. ^^;

It was then that I made my very first (not the name for it, but) "site" named "Pretty Guardian Sailor Mercury." I was a HUGE fan of Sailor Mercury back then. That site was indeed an amateur site hosted by FreeWebs with a horrible-looking template.

Not too long after, Mimette (Sat) of The Sailor Moon Pocky Box joined Junketsu forums. The affiliates program that I and Ruth headed was all ready in play. The quarrels I had with Sat from back then and up to now have made me a better person AND webmaster. She taught me what it's REALLY like to be a webmaster with a great site. She also taught me that a site should have something unique that isn't out there all ready and to not steal things (whether intentional or not). (Of course, I didn't mean to steal anything, but I was an attention-wanting nerd - what can I say?)

Due to the first thing I ever stole - a wallpaper from Sat's Zoicite site - I decided to terminate the entire site and start from what I called "scratch." I was thrown out of the affiliates program AND banned from the site after I took the site down for the third time (first it was Mercury again, then it was Rainy Day Girl for Jupiter - don't ask).

I had all ready started my own message board before being banned with my two best friends LouSMFAN and princessjupiter (now known as Endymion and Kokoro, respectively). However, we brought a few bugs with us without noticing. We each made our own sites (I kept Rainy Day Girl with a layout done by another webmaster Sailor Light - I can't remember the link at the moment). We had our own affiliates program that was sort of based on Junketsu's affiliates program. Still, I didn't have a unique site on the net.

Soon after, I got yet another site going with the use of a layout made by none other than Lycentia (Lycentia's Graphics Shop) called Sensitive Inferno, a Sailor Star Healer layout. This site was in the affiliates program for my message board (then called Pure Heart). Ever since then, I was a total fan of Lycentia's layouts and I used a few more for the main site of Pure Heart. I was also in search for other free web hosts and other sites who offer hosting, such as Three-Lights [dot] net, before I could get my own domain name.

After all the drama ended for a while and Pure Heart was deleted so many times, I decided to lay low (I didn't do anything site-related for a while). That is, until I got my "website mojo" back - I don't know how, but I thought I'd actually do something from actual scratch - and learn to code on my own. It was nearly Halloween of 2004. I had created my current site's baby form - Suisei no Palace http://www.suiseinopalace.co.nr> (yeah, I know this may not translate okay). I was still a fan of Sailor Mercury, so this was my first actual PGSM site for Mercury. I eventually found a few affiliates [moonsenshi.org and Moonlit Fantasia]. However, a part of the site was still not right - an idea that I thought was used in more than one site. I took that page down, but I totally lost my affiliates.

Eventually, I created more sites for things other than Sailor Moon:

Harry's Scar - http://www.freewebs.com/dumbledore (deleted, but recently known as http://hp.subarashiidream.net - Department of Mysteries)
Zodiac Soldiers - http://www.freewebs.com/zodia (deleted, but will be back)
Bubblebeam - http://www.freewebs.com/bubblebeam (deleted, but it was a Pokémon fansite with a horrible layout)

All of these sites are not up anymore.

January 3, 2005 was Subarashii Dream's birthday. The domain http://www.subarashiidream.net was bought and I starting doing actual coding for myself. Later, I decided to make other sites for Subarashii Dream's network:

Pure Heart - http://pureheart.subarashiidream.net (deleted forever)
Horribly Dubbed! - http://dub.subarashiidream.net (deleted forever)
Deep Down Inside of Me - http://me.subarashiidream.net (MySpace covers this!)

The only working URL above is the last one, as it is being revamped. The other two had no purpose, so I simply decided to delete them.

With all of that being said, it can be concluded that I have been an REAL webmaster for a little more than a year. I've learned basic HTML, CSS, and PHP (all of these types of coding are expressed on this and other of my sites). I used to be into i-frame layouts, but I decided to switch to tables when I found that I could change my layouts easily with PHP - now do you see why I find tables so cool? ^_^;

If there is anything that you feel should/shouldn't be here, e-mail me about it. Thank you!
